2016 will be an enlightening year in astronomy.  Join us for our 2016 Lecture Series, 

Come join us with our first four topics.


February 17, 2PM, Saturn and the Cassini Mission

Saturn is the jewel of the night sky. Come join us for a program on NASA's Cassini project. This program will not only cover the planet, but it's spectacular moons.


March 16, 2PM, Pluto and New Horizons

Finally, we got pictures from Pluto, and it's awesome.. Join us, as the new images are coming in daily, and some background on the New Horizon's mission


April 20, 2PM, Jupiter, King of the Planets

Jupiter is a prime target for our night time telescopes. Come and check out updated information Jupiter, and the NASA's Juno Spacecraft.


May 18, 2PM, Our Solar System

Our solar system is fascinating, and now  we know even more. This program is great overview of our solar system, and gives us a look to other solar systems beyond.


All lectures will be held at the Touchmark Theater at the Terrance Lodge

Admission is free and is open to the public.
